Answer: Yes we accept payments mailed with a delivery confirmation !
3. Question: I see that HappyKyndArts is in Boiling Springs SC? Can I meet you or drive up to your house since I live in/near Boiling Springs SC to pay you or get my product?
Answer: No ALL Orders & Payments Must Be Mailed (no exceptions) !
4. Question: Does HappyKyndArts sale Customer info?
Answer: No.... not in anyway do we give out any personal or customer info~!
5. Question: How does HappyKyndArts Ship Products?
Answer: We use the best inexpensive resource available to ship to our customers & with delivery confirmation.
6. Question: How long does it take HappyKyndArts to complete a order after time of purchase?
Answer: We have every order made and shipped within 7-14 business days after order has been placed for product.
7. Question: Does HappyKyndArts offer Refunds and/or Exchanges?
Answer: You have 24 hrs to return your item (cust pays return shipping) for a even exchange only if there is damage found to your product from shipping. HappyKyndArts inspects every detail of every item before shipping to customer. Most items are made at time of ordering and we most likely do not have a entire stock of your particular item. If you do find fault simply (contact us) and we will do what we can to make things right the best we can considering circumstance.
8. Question: How much do you charge for your Graphic Arts Services?

9. Question: Do you do Restore Pictures like Burnt,Broken,old worn out photos?
Answer: Yes we love to do Picture Restoration work and have many years experience in this field as a Restoration Artist. Please (Contact us) today about a Free quote on your photos in need of repair and/or restoration.
10. Question: I have a shirt I would like tie dyed I bought some where else. Can you Tie dye this for me if I send it to you?
Answer: No sorry but we can't do that any longer. If for any reason something goes wrong in the Tie Dye Process it would be to hard for us to replace it for the customer. We provide all the shirts in the process of Tie Dyeing & Screen Printing.
11. Question: Can you please give me some pointers or info on How to Tie Dye & how you get all your styles and designs?
Answer: We ask please that you look throughout the internet for the info needed for your fun filled Tie Dye activity. It has taken us many years and research and experience to get where we are today with no help from anyone but experience. If you really want something the time is now GO FOR IT~!
12. Question: I run a charity organization, can you help me by donating supplies, and your labor for my cause for free?
Answer: No we dont have the overhead to able us to do anything for free any longer . I am one person trying to make it just like most Starving Artist and I pay out of pocket for all supplies , Shirts,Dye, all cost me money and I havent yet found a way to pay for the supplies so that i could donate my labor and time for that cause. If you have a way and worthy cause my labor is Free for your organization after arrangements between HappyKyndArts & organization are final.
13. Question: Do you Give FREE quotes?
Answer: On most things we do give free quotes for example; Screen Printing,Graphics Arts, Picture Restorations, & Photography. All Tie Dyes are set prices and all prices can be found on website for all Dyeing Projects.....
14. Question: Can i please get a free sample before i order to make sure you can do whatever i need done?
Answer: No sorry but our photo albums of past and present Art stands for itself that indeed we can get the job done that you are wanting/needing. If you would like to see some samples our Albums are the best way to do that. Please see our (Gallery) for these examples of things we can do to give you a idea that we can do about anything.
15. Question: Do you do birthday Partys or Group Activities?
Answer: This was something we use to do but no longer offer our customers. If you are looking into a Tie Dye group activity the best thing to do is grab some Tie Dye kits from the store and follow Instructions thourghly to get your best results.
16. Question: Would you be willing to Barter/Trade with other Artist?
Answer: We really enjoy trading and bartering with other artist but due to past experiences we only ask that goods are sent to us first before we will send anything out. To many times we have sent goods and the other person not follow through with there word leaving us paying shipping and sending free items. yes even by other artist,,,,
17. Question: I would like to call and talk on the phone about my order whats your phone number?
Answer: It is our appology but we have canceled out having our phone number on the website. We were getting calls about all sorts of things at all hours of the night and day and again the bad apples make it impossible for us to keep a open line. Best way to contact us is through email or FaceBook. We can possibly call you if indeed the issue MUST be handled over the phone and you email us your phone number.
