All of our packages are sent out using USPS. The three shipping companys we prefer are USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex. If you want anything next day or any type of rush (ex:next day) you must let us know at time of shipping and we will be glad to get you a quote. Please note next day and rush items are limited to there quanity and in stock availability.
Do we Wholesale?
Yes we do wholesale some of our items for example Tie dyes. Please Contact us about a quote. Our time limits on finished product will differ depending upon what it is we might be able to help you with. For this reason please give us at least 4-6 weeks notice for larger wholesale items.

You have 24hours after time of receiving item/s of purchase to Contact Us. This is only if there is a defect in your product.We inspect everything SOLD and made before shipping each item. If there is something wrong and HappyKyndArts is responsible we will stand by our work and make it good in someway for you our customer. Our Hair wraps are done by appointment only, just like backcombing dreadlocks!
We charge by the inch for hairwraps and usually it runs about $30.oo -$1oo.oo~!~
Price depends upon what type beads or such you want strung into the Hair~!~ The length of the persons hair can also play a big part in price. The longer the hair the longer it will take and the more hemp/yarn/beads it will take. All children must be attended for while the hair wrap is put in. There must be no distractions while the wrap is being done~!~ This will ensure the best quality hairwrap we can offer.This will also help us get it done as quick as possible for you. Average time can vary between 1 Hour - 5 Hours depending upon hair length.
We Love Kids so don't think we are just being scrooge's. When doing the backcombing process for DreadLocks or Doing a awesome Phatty Looking HairWrap we must have the full attention of the customer. We have done this enough to know by now that experience says this is what works best! Its really hard for us to do a customers hair if they have to keep attending to the children. Its like getting a hair cut at the salon ,surely you cant get up during the hair cut or the child sit in your lap while the cut is happening. The Stylist has a certain amount of time to cut your hair and Liabilities, as so does HappyKyndArts.Com.

FAQ
All of our Tie Dyes are dyed using the best in Fiber Reactive Procion Dyes. For the first 2 times you wash your new Dye, we (recommend) that you wash it by itself,each of the 2 washes(optional but recommended).Still be careful only using Cold Water. NEVER USE BLEACH OR WASHING POWDERS/LIQUIDS THAT CONTAIN BLEACH WHEN WASHING YOUR HAPPYKYNDARTS TIE DYE/s. Never wash with whites you don't want colored! There's always a phat chance they can leech at times,but will still continue to hold there bright tones if washed properly.We always wash our tye dyes together after first 2 washes in cold water and a small amount of detergent.Only after the first few washes of course.Never wash NEW Tye Dyes with any other item not even old tye dyes.If for some reason your dyes continue to leech then we suggest washing in cold water throw in 4 teaspoons vinegar and wash/rinse ,this should stop the leeching. If there is any doubt what to do we are a email away~!~

We can turn those Memories back into Fantastic looking Photographs. Our pricing differs per photo and how it must be handled in order for us to get it digital.Until we can get it digital(on the PC) then we cant work on it.The old fashioned way use to be with a tiny paintbrush,now it is with a tiny mouse or pad for Graphic Arts and Software Enhancement tools.Please check with me about what we might charge for your particular picture or needs. We can do all sorts of things using the professional software we gathered together just for these task.For shipping of pictures to us we request that you purchase some sort of insurance on this shipped item,to safely secure it till it is in our possession for restore or other.These charges are to be taken care of by customer and not the sole responsibility of HappyKyndArts.We would like to help you in any way we can but we cant afford to replace your precious cherished items,due to any of the shipping companies out there. Once its in our possession we take full responsibility.If you have a way to Scan the picture and get it digital we can better serve you like this.Please make sure you scan it in at the highest resolution possible so that the results are worthwhile. We like to print at 300dpi on most pictures but can occasionally print at 100dpi.You can send this file by email to us or by mail in the form of a cd(recommended) or even a memory card/or flash drive would be sufficient. The file extension must be a .jpg or .tiff. We also like to warn that all pictures look different on different PC/mac monitors due to Calibration of the monitor.We use a ColorMonkey to calibrate all our monitors so that you get the best results possible when printing/restoring your memories and valued pics. This is a important tool in color management as well as having a professional outcome. Let us work magic on your pictures you thought were beyond repair.

Please Use the same Considerations for the Bamboo/PVC Didges as you would for the Rainstix. The PVC is not the worry here in this case but the Mouthpiece that is made of 100% natural Beeswax. So you must still take care of these in the same retrospect. In the cold it is fine but in the heat the mouthpiece can become melty and fall off or loose its form. If the mouthpiece becomes soft just set it in a cool place to harden again. If mouthpiece comes off you just roll it in your hands and fit in back on there and you can actually mold it to your specific lips and mouth.. again letting dry and harden in cooler temps. Use the rainstix instructions, as the same applies for the PVC didge mouthpieces of beeswax. I (recommend) the PVC didge over the bamboo for easiest care ~!~

We can make Rainstix from PVC or Bamboo) Our bamboo rainstix are made from our on personal collections in the Bamboo Forest. We have cured it as much as we can but it will continue to cure during its time here on earth. For this reason and few others we (recommend) that you don't leave your rainstix in any temp over 80 degrees F.. Also for basically the same reason do not store in a cold place below 40 degrees F. In extreme situations the bamboo can split open causing it to loose its beautiful sound and look. For safety watch your temps and treat it like it is (A Instrument).These are not toys and have had many hours of labor and time went into making each one of them. There is at least 10 good hard hours in each RainStix that comes out of the HappyKynd Art Studio. For easiest Rainstix care we prefer and suggest the PVC Rainstix.

FAQ
For all Hemp Necklaces, its best that you take them off when swimming and when taking a bath or shower. They could very well loose there strength in the fiber and begin to become foul in smell or at the very worst come apart. I (Recommend) that you do not get them wet for best quality! I myself don't ever take mine off until they completely wear out and then I just make another one. I do this about every few months....wearing them everyday and all types conditions.
